This book is about lural. She moves to a new town and gets new friends and new problems. The worst problem is she grows a flower out of her back which only her best friend knows about. Going back to her old house lural meets and amazing guy who even though she is scared of him she remembers him from somewhere. The man tells her she is a plant and a fairy. Laural and David her now almost boyfriend do many experiments and prove she really is a plant. They go back to the man to learn more but some knowledge is dangerous.
